REFUNDS

Ticket refunds requests must be made via telephone no later than 1 hour before the advertised performance time. For the first show of the day in each screen, refunds must be made by closing time on the previous working day. The refunds will not be made after 1 hour prior to the screening in situations where you haven’t been able to contact us via phone. 07528 808400 (10am-2pm)
