Booking in advance is strongly recommended for all screening and events. As an all volunteer organisation, we are mindful of our volunteer’s time. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any screening or event in case of insufficient bookings.

Ticket refunds requests must be made via telephone no later than 1 hour before the advertised performance time. For the first show of the day in each screen, refunds must be made by closing time on the previous working day. The refunds will not be made after 1 hour prior to the screening in situations where you haven’t been able to contact us via phone. 07528 808400 (10am-2pm).
We do not provide refunds for deposits. By paying your deposit, you agree to our terms and conditions.
